Why I Practice
Through yoga I find a sense of lightness and wellbeing. I stay connected to my body which helps me be open, healthy and present.
Why I Teach
I am enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge of yoga. I love studying yoga through my own practice but also by observing the experience of my students. Gaining the trust of a student, understanding their limitations and encouraging them to search for their maximum potential is a wonderful interplay that I am passionate about.
