Nature, yoga, Pilates, and dance are all sources of inspiration, creativity, and change. I am also inspired by my teachers Janita Nelson, Lesa McLaughlin, Shala Worsley, Kimberly Puryear, Michael Johnson, and Sierra Hollister.
Why I Practice
I practice to feel good, restore and maintain balance in my mind and body, and to learn more about myself, my environment, and my community.
Why I Teach
I want others to feel good, too. I hope to share the tools to empower everyone to create balance in the mind and body and to feel strong, nimble, and focused.
