Why I Practice
I practice because yoga grounds me. It allows me to connect to a deeper version of myself. It brings me back to the center of who I am and who I'm working to become. It brings me peace and happiness.
Why I Teach
I want to share the gift of yoga with others in hopes that it will transform someone else's life in the way it has mine. I want to help others connect to their mind, body, and spirit.
