Why I Practice
I believe that yoga is not only a path to physical strength, but also a path to peace and contentment. I was initially drawn to yoga because of the physical aspects. I kept practicing because of the discovery of and changes to the mind.
Why I Teach
I aim to give students the benefits of the practice that have helped me so much in my life. My goal is to merge a vigorous workout with relaxation and breathing techniques to simultaneously ground and revitalize your body and mind. I hope you will leave my sessions feeling strong and renewed.
