Why I Practice
I practice to feel connected to my body. We spend our days living in our heads, dealing with stress, worry, fear. To quiet my mind and connect with my body makes me feel healthy, whole, and complete.
Why I Teach
I believe it's my calling. I love to challenge people and bring out the best in them. As a nurse, I want to promote a healthy body/mind lifestyle and prevent disease.
