Why I Practice
I practice multiple forms of fitness and yoga because I find that, for me, it has become an all encompassing body, mind, and spirit experience.
Why I Teach
I teach to share the enjoyment and passion I have for fitness. In my classes I aim to create a balanced experience that can allow you to achieve not only physical goals but hopefully balance of the mind and spirit.
