The lineage of yoga and its past master teachers and gurus are all an inspiration, as well as my mentor Lainie Devina, and YogaWorks teacher trainers who compassionately share their expertise and love of yoga as a practice, as healing modality, and as an art form.

The physical postures practiced with breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques support me to stay physically and mentally flexible and balanced.
Why I Teach
I teach to share the freedom yoga has offered me on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels and to help everyone gain access to the pain relief yoga can offer to those who are suffering and in pain.
