Why I Practice
I practice yoga in all aspects of my life. Yoga started as a physical practice and has morphed into a mind, body, and soul connection. Yoga isn't just about how you move your body; rather it is how you move through life with intention.
Why I Teach
Sharing yoga and mindfulness practices has offered me purpose in life. I hope to invoke curiosity, passion, and contentment on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level within my students.
