Why I Practice
I practice yoga because of the way it makes me feel. I always feel so much more calm and happy after I practice (both mindfully and physically).
Why I Teach
I teach so that others can feel the same calmness and happiness that I feel after I practice. I want people to be happy with who they are both on the inside and outside.
