Why I Practice
I started practicing yoga to relieve stress as a graduate student and quickly realized there were even more mental and physical benefits than I'd originally thought. The longer I practice yoga, the more I notice its positive effects on my daily life, from subconsciously breathing more deeply in stressful situations to allowing myself to pause and appreciate small moments each day.
Why I Teach
I choose to teach yoga because I believe in its benefits and I want to share them. I try to create a welcoming and open environment for students to grow at their own pace within a larger community.
