My current inspiration is my dog, a chocolate lab named Agent. He reminds me every day that the simple things in life really are the best things: fresh air, long walks, and quality time with loved ones. He always stays in the present moment and doesn't worry about the past or future.
Why I Practice
Being at my best physically has a direct correlation to feeling at my best emotionally. I practice so that I can receive the benefits of feeling calmer, stronger, and overall more open in my body, mind, and spirit. I practice to be the best version of myself that I can.
Why I Teach
I teach because I love the act of sharing what I am passionate about: yoga, fitness, and a balanced lifestyle of living well. The opportunity to contribute to another person's success is immensely rewarding.
