Love and connection. We are all one. When we learn to love ourselves, which can be a difficult journey, we can love and connect with each other on an even deeper level.

Why I Practice

I practice to feel a sense of peace within. Yoga is a way for me to connect to my deepest self through breath and movement, which for me is the best way to find balance and is also a way to quiet all the outside and inside voices and find my own personal truth and acceptance.

Why I Teach

I've always been a teacher. Formerly a high school teacher, I find it natural to be creative and share with others. I am a student of my own mind and body and will always be, but this is in itself allows me to teach myself and others something exciting and new each day. Yoga speaks to me more than anything else and that is why I choose to teach it.
