Seeing my students' sweaty smiles and hearing them say they feel better after class is my inspiration.

Why I Practice

I started practicing yoga for the physical benefits including increased flexibility and balance. The physical benefits are very real, but I soon learned that the mental benefits far outweigh the physical benefits.

Why I Teach

I teach for connection. The connections I make sweating it out with my students are amazing. My goal is to bring out the best in you.
