I thank them for sharing their knowledge, grace, wisdom, and love of yoga.
Why I Practice
I practice for strength and flexibility, both of body and mind.
Why I Teach
Yoga profoundly affects all areas of my life -- physically, mentally, and spiritually. The synergy of dynamic movement and breath, present moment awareness, meditation, and metta, the "loving-kindness" practice, all create alchemy for positive change. Inspired by wonderful, dedicated teachers whose stories and life lessons are invaluable to me, it’s a natural joy to pass on these gifts to others.
