Why I Practice
The result of a regular practice made me truly believe that yoga can heal our wounds -- physical, mental, and emotional. Yoga creates a safe space to be yourself and to show up just as you are without judgments, doubts, fears, or expectations.
Why I Teach
I have fun teaching yoga with a focus on movement-breath connection. My class enables students to tap into feeling, and go deeper into their practice in a supportive, inclusive environment where they will feel loved and connected. For me, this is what yoga is all about! I also believe that the practice and teachings of yoga allow us to contribute to the greater good of the community by providing us deeper resources of presence, compassion, and patience.
