Why I Practice
Practicing yoga keeps me grounded while my daily life is filled with being a professional, wife, and mother. The practice offers me a safe space where I can continue to learn about my physical and emotional self.
Why I Teach
I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, but I cultivated a deeper understanding, appreciation, and dedication to the practice as I prepared for the birth of my first child in 2009. The emotional and physical support that yoga provided during this time in my life made a lasting impression, and my intention in teaching is to create a space for others to discover or continue a dedication to the practice.
