Why I Practice
I have been practicing yoga for over 14 years. It helps me in all aspects of life -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. Showing up on the mat each day allows me to show up as the best version of myself at home, at work, at the gym -- you name it. I can't imagine my life without yoga to complement it.
Why I Teach
In 2017, I completed the 200-hour training program at Tranquil Space, now YogaWorks, and am registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach to share the benefits of yoga with others.
