I practice to remain grounded and connected to both my physical and emotional self. No matter how bad the day is, just 30 minutes on the mat can reset my entire brain.
Why I Teach
I teach for the pure joy and fun I have in seeing students get stronger and more confident in their bodies. As they learn to move in class, they learn to move in daily life.
