My practice inspires me to dig deeper into my conscience, to embrace my fears and hesitations so I can grow beyond them. It keeps me from holding back and allows me push forward into uncharted territory.
Why I Practice
When I practice yoga, it gets me out of my own headspace and helps me to focus in the present moment. It reminds me to breathe, calms me down and helps me stay focused both on and off the mat. Yoga helps me honor my body for its strengths but it also helps me build the courage to honor my weaknesses to be more vulnerable. It allows me to be alright with what is, no matter what the outcome.
Why I Teach
I teach because I want to share my love and passion for yoga with others. Yoga has helped me in so many aspects of my life. It has made me stronger emotionally, physically and spiritually. There is no greater feeling then to help others in their path in life to become their best selves. It brings me joy to see people achieve what they believe to be improbable and make it possible.
