Why I Practice
I practice yoga because it calms my mind and offers a place for inner peace. It allows me a space to align my breath and to move my body as one while opening energy channels that allow my soul to hum and vibrate in frequency with nature. I truly come alive when I practice and find the truest version of myself. A yoga studio is my playground and it makes me smile!
Why I Teach
I teach to give back what I have learned over many years of self practice and to offer others the joy I find in my practice that they may find in their own practice.
