Why I Practice
I love movement and stillness; yoga is the marriage of those two - the calm and the storm. I love the ritual that yoga brings to life both spiritually and physically. I practice yoga because it creates joy and awareness for both others and myself.
Why I Teach
I am humbly and courageously called to my work as a Teacher, a listener, and someone who holds space for others to explore their own strengths. It feels rewarding to share things I am passionate about with people who want to learn. I love to educate, ignite inquiry, and be inspired by others. The body provides such a unique roadmap for healing and strengthening through movement, breath, precision, and awareness. I especially love teaching yoga because it allows me to share the experiences of asana and philosophy that are continually being shaped and evolved by the broader scopes of life's personal practice. Students are the best teachers.
