I am inspired by the countless yogis who have come before me. I love the tradition of passing the knowledge of yoga down from teacher to teacher. I hope to be teaching and inspiring others well into my 90s!
Why I Practice
For the past 8 years, I have been practicing as a means of alleviating both physical and mental pressures. Quieting the mind and opening the body allows for boundaries to be expanded, physical and emotional pressures to be lifted, and a greater sense of ease to be found both on and off the mat. I wouldn't trade my yoga practice for anything!
Why I Teach
I teach to share the healing power of yoga with others. I also love to learn. My students have taught me more than any training or textbook ever could.
