Why I Practice
Yoga helps me to let go of negativity and anxiety and create space for kindness and peace. It brings me joy and helps me to see the good that is all around me. Yoga is truly life changing!
Why I Teach
I teach so that I can share my love of finding peace, calm, and stillness with others. We are a society of non-stop activity, and taking time to connect inward and slow down is necessary for a healthy and centered life. I want everyone to feel the calm that comes with focusing on your breath in yoga.
