I was drawn to yoga after I injured my knee at the gym. When rehab didn't relieve my pain I decided to try yoga. Within a few weeks of consistent practice I was pain free and hooked! I am fascinated by how many benefits there are to practicing yoga beyond the physical aspect. I feel that I am a better version of myself due to my practice.

I love the way my mind, body, and spirit feel after I practice. I love to explore where my body can take me.
Why I Teach
I am inspired to give my students the feeling and connection yoga gives to me. My goal is to have them feeling better than when they arrived and to have smiles on their faces.
