Yoga helps my mind to slow down and find calmness. In my practice I learn to continuously focus, breathe, and find comfort in the silence.
Why I Teach
Teaching yoga allows me to connect and share with others in the room our love for the practice, energy, breathing, and how we can do so much more together.
