I draw my inspiration from my family. I have been blessed with incredible teachers that have shown me this path of self-discovery and personal growth, and my students inspire me to continue to learn and grow.
Why I Practice
I initially started practicing yoga to strengthen and tone my body. Very quickly it became evident that there was so much more to explore on my mat. Through meditation, vinyasa flow, and pranayama, I have been able to connect to an inner peace that had eluded me for years. Yoga grounds and centers me through all of life's ups and downs, always helping to keep me in the present moment.
Why I Teach
Yoga has transformed my life. I love being able to share with people the tools to help them navigate their journey with peace and strength and creating the space for students to connect their minds with their bodies through breath. It is truly a gift to be shared.
