Inspirations

I am inspired by other teachers and the students I teach. I admire anyone who is willing to try something they have never done before.

Why I Practice

I initially began practicing yoga in 2004 to relieve the physical and mental stress that school and work were creating within me. I quickly found the relief I was seeking and continue to practice to this day as a way of centering myself and clearing my mind.

Why I Teach

I teach to give back to the yoga community. I enjoy encouraging students to go deeper into their practice by focusing on their breath.
