I am inspired by intuitive movement and strong alignment, the Yoga Sutras and Dana Faulds, the practice of yoga and observing how it appears in my life, learning, meditation, being outside, and connecting with friends and family.
Why I Practice
I practice to awaken, strengthen, and align my body, mind, and soul. Yoga keeps me grounded in the present moment, centered to my true Self, and connected to beauty, God, and love. It helps me be a better person for myself and those around me. Yoga is my key to living a happy and peaceful life.
Why I Teach
I teach yoga to give people space to be themselves, to take a pause and just breathe, move, and feel. I teach to remind people they are enough, that they are inherently good, and that their true essence is pure love. I teach yoga to strengthen my students, both in their bodies and in the control of their minds, to give them courage to listen to their hearts and to believe in themselves. I teach yoga because the world and its people need healing and a divine awakening.
