Why I Practice
I love yoga! Practicing makes my body feels healthier and makes my thoughts more focused, but the deepest benefits of the practice continue to reveal themselves with time. I love knowing that as long as I show up on the mat, yoga will never run out of things to teach me.
Why I Teach
Yoga is an amazing tool that can enable us to decode the patterns within the body and mind that become roadblocks for our health, comfort, and happiness. I teach to help people access and utilize this incredible tool so their health and well being can begin to improve.
