Why I Practice
I practice because I love the flow and rhythm of yoga. It forces me to pay attention to my body and get out of my head. I feel more myself when I practice.
Why I Teach
I teach because I love being of service. Seeing someone benefit from something I’ve shared brings me so much joy. I feel most present and connected when I’m teaching.
