My inspiration comes in many shapes and forms. Whether it comes from music, reading, relationships, or real world experience, I bring those ideas to class with me with the intention of inspiring others.

Why I Practice

I began practicing yoga in 2011 after a long struggle with stress-related health issues. After only a few classes, I felt revitalized and my symptoms began to dissipate. It was then that I fell in love with yoga and began the journey of becoming a true yoga geek.

Why I Teach

I am passionate about using my experiences to help students of all levels transform their practice in a fun and creative way. My teaching style is indicative of my studentship; I use my love of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and sequencing strategies to meet students where they are, heighten their awareness, and take their practice to a new level.
