I am inspired by anyone bold enough to step outside of their comfort zone and try something new. I love having new students in classes that are challenging themselves in doing so.
Why I Practice
I practice yoga because I find it calms me. Maintaining a steady practice for myself makes me happy because I feel happier, healthier, and nicer because of it.
Why I Teach
I teach because I love sharing yoga with other people. Yoga brings me so much joy, and I love seeing that happiness spread in my classes.
