Why I Practice

I practice to stay connected to my entire being and to give myself permission to feel, root, rise, rest, sweat, heal, laugh, listen, learn, and celebrate everything this practice has to teach me.

Why I Teach

I teach to serve any student who is willing to show up for themselves and be curious about their unique bodies, to hold space for students to feel safe to create movement and experience freedom, and to support the growth of students searching for a real connection through their journey of personal transformation.
