Why I Practice
A strong body leads to a strong mind. Yoga and fitness keep me grounded in my own body and mind so I can apply that strength, determination, and motivation from the mat into anything life throws my way.
Why I Teach
I teach to inspire others to push beyond their mental limits and find physical expression that allows them to disconnect with the outside world and connect with themselves.
