Why I Practice
The reason I practice is to stay healthy and to keep my mind and soul balanced. Life can get busy and yoga and fitness remind me to stay aware and in the moment.
Why I Teach
I teach to help people feel amazing in their own skin. It is a magical feeling to see all of your students working out and having a great time. I live for that! It has also helped me build my confidence and find my own voice.
