Why I Practice
I practice for self inquiry and to fuel my teaching. The more I am curious the more is revealed to me. And then I am capable of understanding and addressing my student's needs. In addition, practicing betters my primary relationship- me with me. It allows me to be at ease with being more vulnerable, and to freely share with my students my struggles which I hope helps them with theirs.
Why I Teach
To lead students to the recognition and firm belief that they are capable of living more moments of feeling at ease and at home in their bodies and hearts. And in dedication to loosening the grasp of what is found to be right and wrong, beautiful and unsightly, accepted and denied. To help people believe that anything is possible.
