Inspirations
The beauty in the world, whether it's in mother nature or the best in human nature, in music, literature or art. I am in awe with the way the body feels when it moves into alignment, completely supported and strong.
Why I Practice
I practice because I have to. I practice because when I do I connect with something deeper inside of myself which illuminates this life in a brighter light, allowing me to find my way towards my true path and providing a deeper connection with myself and the world around me.
Why I Teach
I teach because I love yoga, I love teaching and I am humbled by the transformation that comes, both physically and emotionally, when we practice. Yoga changes us in ways we don't expect and I love witnessing those changes in my students.
