Why I Practice
I practice to connect with my mind and body in the present. I get on my mat and move to simply feel better. At the end of my practice, I feel able to skillfully navigate the challenges of life.
Why I Teach
I love to guide students through activities designed to strengthen, lengthen, and move their whole bodies so they can calm down. I love to teach students to adapt the practice to their unique bodies and minds and then watch them flourish.
