Why I Practice
I practice to find balance between my mind and body. I strive to find motion in stillness by being able to quiet the mind when the body is in motion.
Why I Teach
I teach to give students fundamental blocks that they can build their practice upon and to encourage students to trust and listen to the body and build longevity in their practice.
