I am inspired by my husband, my dog, family and friends, many teachers at YogaWorks, and music.
Why I Practice
I discovered yoga in 2010 in college and found it extremely helpful to cope with stress. I have been practicing ever since and plan to practice for the rest of my life! When I practice yoga, I feel connected to my body and breath. Most importantly, yoga makes me feel alive.
Why I Teach
I believe in yoga and love sharing it with others.
