I am inspired by opportunities to blend yoga and nature by practicing outdoors. Why I Practice
All of the benefits of yoga -- balance, flexibility, strength, and inner peace -- increase in importance as we age. Yoga keeps me happy, healthy, and young at heart. I also love spending time with my yoga sangha (community). While the asanas are the same, I am different each day, and that is what makes yoga a continuing quest.
Why I Teach
After practicing for more than a decade, I achieved yoga teacher certification to share my passion with others. I love helping students at all levels gain self confidence and self acceptance as well as take on new challenges. I am grateful to share my practice with students.
