Why I Practice
I practice for the connection to mind and body that the movement and tranquility of yoga instills. When I am mindful and present, I am open to self-inquiry, guiding me on the pathway to my true, authentic self.
Why I Teach
I teach to guide and hold space for others to benefit from the practice of yoga. Whether it’s their first class, or they’ve been practicing for years, my hope is by offering a safe and compassionate environment, all will feel comfortable to freely be who they are.
