There is an inspiration in everything! My students, peers and teachers inspire me every day. Taking other yoga classes, going running, teaching spin, being near water, meditation, dinners with family and friends... they all help me to be a better and more well-rounded teacher!
Why I Practice
I practice yoga because it's the best way to maintain the strength, flexibility, and mobility to live the healthiest, happiest life - physically and mentally. Yoga helps me slow down, breathe and be present so I can enjoy life!
Why I Teach
I teach because I want everyone to get what I get out of this practice. I want to help other people become the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves!
