Practicing is essential to my physical and mental well being. I've been practicing for 20 years now, and I see how it positively influences all aspects of my life.
Why I Teach
I've been a teacher my entire life. It's part of my offering (dharma) to the wold. I enjoy helping others feel stronger and more at ease in their bodies and more peaceful in their minds.
