I am inspired by every person I meet, as I believe we can always learn from one another. I have tremendous gratitude for all of my teachers from all walks of life on and off of the mat.
Why I Practice
At the beginning, the physical benefits of strength and flexibility drew me to my mat. Over time, I learned to use the practice to tap into a deeper awareness, to better listen and take care of myself. Now in addition to the physical benefits, I work with the mental side of practice to build resiliency, increase energy of empowerment, provide more clarity of thought, and stoke compassion for myself and others.
Why I Teach
I teach to create a safe and supportive environment for people to take care of themselves and others. It's an honor to hold the space for others to positively transform themselves.
