My four beautiful children and my students inspire me. They come in all their glorious forms to share their practice with me. It is an honor to lead them through this journey.
Why I Practice
As an avid runner and personal trainer, I talk to my clients all the time about the importance of strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. All three are equally important in maintaining physical fitness and flexibility. About 10 years ago I found myself out of balance both physically and emotionally. This is when yoga came to me. It didn’t just change my life; it saved my life. Through movement and breath I was able to slow my mind and come into my true self. I now can’t imagine my life without it!
