Why I Practice
I practice to stay rooted within myself emotionally and physically healthy. Yoga helps keep me sane with the ebbs and flows of life and continually teaches me something new about myself and the world.
Why I Teach
It is inspiring to help people shift their focus from the outside to the inside world. I am lucky to witness my students’ expanding self-awareness and discovery of their own practice. Teaching yoga is my favorite way to affect a positive change in the world as students leave the mat more connected to their hearts, in touch with their bodies, and with enough space in their minds to act more than react.
