Why I Practice
I practice to bring mind and body into balance and harmony so that I can be fully present to life's unfolding. My aim is to embrace all of life, its ups and downs with neutrality and welcome.
Why I Teach
I teach to support people on their journey toward balance, harmony, and healing of body and mind. I love sharing the practices of yoga to create serenity and well-being so that collectively we cultivate awareness and appreciation of our unity.
