Why I Practice
I practice because Yoga keeps me open, humble, strong, focused, flexible, and connected to my highest self. I practice to connect with the world around me authentically, with compassion, and in a much more meaningful way. I practice because it helps me embrace all aspects of my life, to live in love, and to do whatever I can to make this world a better place. I practice because it's a Life-Long practice, I love it, and because it feels really, really good.
Why I Teach
Nothing gives me greater joy than seeing people break through old patterns that no longer serve them and push themselves past their self-imposed limitations. I teach because I love seeing people transform into the best version of themselves.
