Students who have graduated from a previous 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered program, receive 50% off the full tuition price.
Tuition must be paid in full by the early registration date to receive the discounted rate.

We recommend 1 year of consistent yoga practice and require a minimum of six months of a consistence yoga practice or equivalent training.

At Downtown Yoga our motto is ….it’s time for change. Yoga presents an opportunity for change –change in your body, change in your mind, change in your spiritual well-being. Regardless of age, body type, or fitness capacity, yoga allows for the positive transformation you are seeking.
People practice yoga because it makes them look and more importantly, feel great. This studio is dedicated to yoga. It is not a gym. We offer a true, focused, and dedicated yoga experience. All of our instructors are 200 to 500 hour certified, and each bring their own area of expertise to the mat.
We offer over 15 classes a week ranging from our “Newbie” series to a Hot Vinyasa Flow class, which is held in a heated room. We also offer workshops such as a Beginner series, Yoga Nidra, sport specific yoga, pre-natal as well as various other workshops throughout the year. To learn more about the studio, click here.
